Artwork and supplied files

Customers are responsible for supplying accurate artwork, permissions, logos, images, copy and brand assets unless agreed otherwise. Artwork may need checking, preparing or adjusting before production. Any artwork changes, redraws, file preparation or design support may affect timescales and cost.

Colour, materials and production

Print colour, material finish and scale can vary depending on file setup, production method, substrate, lighting, screen display and installation environment. Backdrop Media aims to produce work to a high professional standard using appropriate materials and production methods for the agreed purpose.

Proofs and approvals

Where proofs, visuals or artwork checks are supplied, customers are responsible for checking all details carefully before approval. This includes spelling, contact details, layout, colours, sizes, quantities and positioning. Once approved, production may begin and changes may not be possible without additional cost.

Installation and site conditions

Where installation is required, the site must be accessible, safe and suitable for fitting. Surfaces, access, weather, opening hours, parking, permissions and site restrictions may affect installation. Additional work, delays, failed access or unsuitable conditions may affect cost and completion times.

Timescales and delivery

We will aim to meet agreed production and delivery timescales, but times may be affected by artwork delays, material availability, approval delays, supplier issues, site access, weather, courier delays or other circumstances outside our control.

Payment
